Justice G.K. Ilanthiraiyan has dismissed an anticipatory bail petition filed by former DMK Minister V. Senthilbalaji. The petition was in connection with a recent corruption case registered against him by the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC).
During the court proceedings, the judge addressed the allegations regarding the financial irregularities attributed to the former minister.
