Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D.K. Shivakumar has announced that Chief Minister Vijay has expressed a desire to meet with him to discuss the ongoing Cauvery water dispute. Additionally, Shivakumar confirmed that the Karnataka government has officially approved a project to interlink the Krishna, Pennar, Cauvery, and Godavari rivers.
