The Censor Board issued an 'A' certificate to the film Jananayagan after 12 cuts. The total length of the film Jananayagan is 183 minutes and 21 seconds. The word 'DVK' has been muted in "Ambedkar Law, DVK Law". Scenes featuring a book with Ambedkar's picture printed on it have been re-edited.
