DMK President M.K. Stalin personally visited the Kolathur constituency in Chennai to express gratitude to the voters who supported him. During his visit, accompanying leader Sekarbabu became emotional and shed tears. This led to many DMK cadres also weeping out of sadness. Observing their distress, M.K. Stalin appealed to the emotional cadres, urging them not to cry.
